This plain-language draft explains how information submitted through the HORLA-MAT website is intended to be handled. The owner must review it before production use.
Information collected
When you send an enquiry, the website stores your name, email address, optional telephone number, product of interest and message. Technical anti-abuse data is converted into a one-way rate-limit key and is not displayed to staff.
How it is used
Your details are used to review and respond to your equipment enquiry, maintain a record of the conversation and protect the service from automated abuse.
Storage and access
Enquiries are intended to be stored in the company’s Supabase database and restricted to approved, active staff. Catalogue images are public by URL; customer messages are not stored in the public media bucket.
Retention and rights
The owner must define a retention period and the correct contact for access, correction or deletion requests before launch. This draft does not replace legal advice.
